Making wellbeing fun!

What is Headssup?

Headssup is a successful NHS-backed wellbeing and resilience project for primary schools.

It teaches children aged 2-4 and 5-11 to take ownership of their emotional, social and physical health in 12 easy steps.  Headssup is for ALL children and especially those who may need help with behaviour, with low level anxiety or who have SEND.

Headssup can be delivered in two ways - see How it works.

How it works

This is Emi.  She is our 4" beanie mascot.

She is colour coded to represent all of our primary emotions, that researchers say we are ALL born with. There are 12 Headssup beanies to collect, one for each of the steps in our emotional, social and physical health school project.

Emi can then be used to encourage the children to follow Emi's wellbeing tips and to help provoke conversation about emotions, physical and social health.
