Our training packages
Early years and primary school age
To help our little ones understand wellbeing and how they can take ownership of theirs, we deliver the Wellmeing message via our Headssup characters (for 2-4's & 5-8's) and via Team Feelix characters for 9-11's. They sing, dance and tell stories via our short animations. Parents, schools, community or healthcare groups can buy Headssup and/or Team Feelix animations and share their link with their setting. A Headssup character teddy and a bedtime short story book are also available to collect, making it really easy to start a conversation with little ones as they hold Emi the teddy. 18+
When we think wellbeing, it can be a bit overwhelming. What does it actually mean? What affects our wellbeing? What can we actually do each day to take care of each part of our own wellbeing in bite size pieces? Wellmeing can help you find a way through the confusion until you have a really simple and realistic plan in place. The rest is 'in your hands'. Choose from:

11-17 year olds
Wellmeing can help 11-17 year olds to navigate those potentially tricky transitional years. We do this by helping them to really understand each part of their wellbeing and by helping them to take personal ownership of it. Choose from:

Because we all need to look after our wellbeing, we also have couple and family packages to make sure everyone in the same house is on the same page.
