Supporting pupils to develop confidence, friendships, belonging and wellbeing during their first year of secondary school.
Includes:
Full-day Summer School Transition Session
Focus on sense of self, wellbeing and friendships
Introduction to the Headssup framework and shared wellbeing language
Preparation for the practical, academic, connection and emotional (PACE) adjustments of secondary school
📊 Year 7 Transition Tracking Framework
Two pupil-level wellbeing and transition surveys delivered at key points during Year 7:
Baseline survey during Summer School or September
Follow-up survey in February

Adjustment to secondary school

A twilight or INSET session introducing the Headssup principles and supporting a consistent language around emotional health, physical health, social health, friendship health, gratitude and transition across the school community.

£1,295 per school
Based on a typical Year 7 cohort of up to 200 pupils.
