STEP 1 — PREPARE

🎒 EYFS School Readiness

Helping children and families prepare confidently for Reception through a ready-to-use, psychologically informed programme.

Your school receives:

✓ Individual Emi School Readiness Bag for every Reception child

✓ Emi beanie, emotions activity booklets, colouring resources and audio stories

Designed for simple implementation by your EYFS team with minimal preparation.

STEP 2 — TRANSITION

🎓 Year 6 Transition Programme

A full-day, research-informed programme delivered by HeadssUp, preparing pupils for the practical, academic, connection and emotional (PACE) adjustments of secondary school.

Includes:

✓ Full-day transition session delivered in school

✓ Practical strategies for managing change

✓ Reflection and preparation activities

✓ SEND-inclusive delivery

✓ Developed through work with over 4,000 transitioning pupils

STEP 3 — EMBED

👩‍🏫 Staff Training & Implementation

A twilight or INSET session delivered by HeadssUp, helping staff embed one consistent language around wellbeing and transition throughout the school.

Planning for September?

To ensure EYFS resources are available for September entry, implementation discussions are encouraged before the end of June. Pink Reception Ready Booklets will be provided as soon as order placed in June/July so you can share with families.

Trust-Wide Delivery
